JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revisional application is directed against Order dated 24th November 2008 passed by the Civil Judge, (Junior Division), 6th Court, Alipore, in R.C. Case No. 98 of 2003 by which an application under Section 7 (2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997, is disposed of.

(2.) The opposite party instituted a proceeding for eviction on various grounds, including ground of default, under the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997.

(3.) The petitioner, after entering appearance, filed an application under Section 7 (2) of the said Act raising dispute as to the relationship of landlord and tenant between the parties.
