JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Kallol Basu, learned advocate, appears and submits that he has already entered appearance on behalf of the opposite party by filing a vakalatnama on November 11, 2011 under filing no. A-1718.

(2.) This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of a matrimonial suit instituted by the husband from the court of the learned District Judge at Midnapore, Paschim Medinipur to the court of the learned District Judge at Alipore, South 24-Paraganas.

(3.) The wife is the petitioner in this application for transfer. Admittedly, the wife is residing at Tollygunge within the Police Station Charu Market, Kolkata-700033. It is, also, an admitted position that the husband is a practising lawyer of the Alipore Judges' Court.
