(1.) Heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties. Perused the Case Diary.

(2.) The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with the case relating to an offence punishable under Section 30(b) of the N.D.P.S Act registered under Diamond Harbour Police Station Case No. 31 dated 01-02-2011.

(3.) It appears from the Case Diary that the investigation is over. The Charge-sheet has already been filed. The matter is committed to trial, but the trial has not commenced as yet.
