JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Assailing the order dated 22nd July, 2011 passed in O.A. No. 1561 of 2011 (LRTT) by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, this writ application has been filed.

On a bare reading of impugned order, it appears that original applicants that is present writ petitioners prayed before learned Tribunal below to withdraw their original application with liberty to prefer an appeal. On the basis of such submission, learned Tribunal below passed an order directing Appellate Authority to condone the delay and to hear the matter on merit.
