This revisional application is directed against the judgment and order dated 25.11.1999 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Midnapur, dismissing the Criminal Revision Case No. 225 of 1997 whereby he affirmed the judgment and order dated 29.7.1997 passed by the learned Magistrate in Misc. Case No. 33 of 1995.

(3.) This was a ease under Sec. 125 Cr. P.C. for maintenance to the wife.
