JUDGEMENT

(1.) Two applications being inter connected taken up for analogous hearing.

(2.) The executor, a beneficiary of a Will, seeks interim protection with regard to the estate of the deceased.

(3.) The protection sought for is in relation to a partnership firm. According to the applicant herein, the deceased was a partner of the partnership firm. The elder son of the deceased was the other partner. The elder son is dealing with the assets of the partnership firm in the manner, which is prejudicial to the interest of the estate. She seeks interim protection.
