JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

(2.) (Bail) Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

(3.) The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2020. The learned Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner has criminal antecedents.
