JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court : Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record.

(2.) This is an application for injunction restraining the defendants, their men, and representatives from executing the project work in terms of agreement dated April 20, 2018. The plaintiff/petitioner prays for an ad interim injunction in view of the fact that the defendants may execute the rest of the project through some other person and create third party interest during the pendency of the suit. It is further submitted that if such ad interim injunction is not passed, the suit will become infractuous.

(3.) I have gone through the plaint. It appears that the suit is simplicitor a money suit; prayer (a) of the plaint is quoted below:-
