JUDGEMENT

(1.) Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today by Mr. Souradipta Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the record.

(2.) The defendant in a suit for ejectment is the petitioner of the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

(3.) The defendant entered appearance in the suit on December 20, 2018 and filed three independent applications under Section 7, 7(1) and 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act in short).
