(1.) Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.
(2.) The application being CRAN 3284 of 2020 is accordingly, disposed of. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for about 81 days. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor produces the case diary and opposes the prayer for bail.
(3.) Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of detention suffered by the petitioner, we are of the opinion that further detention of the accused/petitioner is not necessary.
