JUDGEMENT

(1.) THESE two Mandamus-Appeals were heard analogously as these appeals are directed against a common order passed by a learned single Judge of this Court by which His Lordship disposed of two writ applications heard analogously wherein the same process of tender was the subject-matter of the disputes.

(2.) THE facts giving rise to filing of these appeals may be summed up thus: 1) THE respondent No.3 issued a sale-notice offering to sell confiscated Sandal woods by public auction on March 12, 2010. 2) THE condition No.3 of the said sale notice was as follows:
