JUDGEMENT

(1.) Invoking Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the petitioner has moved this Court for quashing of a charge-sheet under Sections 376/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Heard the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Perused the Case Diary, containing the evidentiary materials, which are the foundation of the impugned charge-sheet as well as the case laws relied upon by the learned advocate of the petitioner.

(3.) According to the learned advocate of the petitioner from the statement of the victim girl recorded during investigation no case punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code can said to have been made out.
