JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners complain of deliberate and wilful violation of orders dated Jan. 13, 2009, March 24, 2009 and Aug. 31,2009 of the Company Law Board by the respondents herein.

(2.) On March 2, 2010 a Rule was issued against the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 and also against the respondent No.8. The said respondents have filed individual affidavits in response to the rule. The respondent No.2 is the managing director of the company. The respondent No.3 is also admittedly in the management of the company and a director thereof. The respondent No.4 is another director of the company but who, according to the respondents, is not involved in the day to day affairs of the company.

(3.) The first petitioner is the brother of the second respondent and the son of the third respondent. The fourth respondent is the wife of the second respondent.
