JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revisiolial application is directed against the order No. 51 dated 26.08.2008 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 4th Court, Howrah, in Title Suit No. 198 of 2003, by which the learned Court was pleased to reject the petition under Section 11 of the West Bengal Court Fees Act and also observed that the valuation of the suit is improper.

(3.) It is the further case of the plaintiff that the defendants/ petitioners had trespassed into the suit property by breaking open the lock of the door and also threatened to dispossess the plaintiff.
