(1.) By the impugned order, two applications filed by the Plaintiff/ Petitioner were disposed of. The Plaintiff's application for amendment of plaint was rejected by the first part of the impugned order being No. 29 dated 7.4.2010. By the later part of the impugned order the Plaintiff's application for local investigation was allowed by the learned Trial Judge.
(2.) The Plaintiff is aggrieved by the first part of the impugned order by which his application for amendment of plaint was rejected by the learned Trial Judge. Accordingly, he has come before this Court with this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for challenging the first part of the impugned order by which his prayer for amendment of the plaint was rejected.
