JUDGEMENT

(1.) None appears on behalf of the appellant when the matter is called.

(2.) The learned Advocate for the respondent Nos. 4 & 5 submits that she mentioned the matter and wanted to give notice to the learned Advocate for the appellant, but he refused to accept such notice.

(3.) After hearing the learned Counsels for the parties and after going through the explanation given in this application, we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out in not preferring the appeal within the period of limitation.
