JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Judgment of the Court was as follows : The petitioner in this Article 226 petition dated November 24, 2009 is aggrieved by deduction of Rs. 22,150/- from his retirement benefits.

(2.) He was a Primary School Teacher. He retired from service on July 31, 2004. In para 6 he has stated as follows :

(3.) Finally, the pension payment order was issued on March 30,2006 showing the deduction on the ground that during the term of his employment he was paid salaries and allowances in excess of his entitlement. Feeling aggrieved he took out this petition.
