(1.) Heard Mr. Raju Datta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. D. Sharma, learned Addl. G.A., appearing for the State-respondents.

As to why Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the State Respondents to grant the Pay scale of Rs.240-440/- under the Tripura Government Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 1975 and/or corresponding revised pay scale from time to time to the petitioner and for payment of consequential arrears of salary.
