JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Kohinoor N. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. H. Deb, learned Asstt. S.G. appearing for the respondents-Union of India.

(2.) By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 24.11.2015 (Annexure-4 to the writ petition), passed by the Commandant, 66 Bn. CRPF, keeping in mind the judgment and order dated 17.08.2015, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WP(C) No.88 of 2008, titled as Binoy Kumar Thakur v. Union of India and Ors.
