JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

(2.) We find that in the instant petition, there are 8(eight) petitioners namely, (1) Sri Shoumik Bhattacharjee, (2) Sri Mithan Chandra, (3) Sri Raju Sukla Das, (4) Sri Mithun Sarkar, (5) Sri Samar Dey, (6) Sri Shibam Biswas, (7) Sri Sanjib Debnath, and (8) Sri Pranab Sinha.

(3.) Insofar as petitioners No.1 to 3 and 5 to 8 are concerned, it is not disputed at the Bar that the case of the instant petitioners is squarely covered with the judgment dtd. 21/1/2019 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.435/2018 titled as Babul Debnath and 14 others v. The State of Tripura and 5 Ors.
