JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. DC Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as Mr. B. Choudhury, learned PP appearing for the State-respondents. Mr. B. Choudhury, learned PP has submitted that an endeavor may be taken by this court to mitigate the dispute cropped up between the complainant-wife and the accused-husband.

(2.) This is a case filed under sec. 498-A and 307 of the IPC.

(3.) List the matter on 17/7/2019 when learned PP shall produce the case diary in connection with Amtali PS case no. 85 of 2019 under Sec. 498A/307/201/34 of the IPC.
