JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. D.K. Biswas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. D. Sharma, learned Addl. G.A., appearing for the State-respondents.

(2.) The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for the following reliefs:-

After the matter was heard for sometimes, learned counsel for the petitioner under instruction agreed to the proposal of this Court that the petitioner should file representation to the competent authorities i.e., the respondents herein. As such, the petitioner is directed to submit representation within a period of three weeks from today.
