JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

This petition is filed against the impugned order dated 10.09.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Court No.1, West Tripura, Agartala in Case No.Civil Misc.(J) 19 of 2018 titled as Smt. Subarna Prabha Sarkar vs. Sri Akhil Datta and others , rejecting the plaintiff"?s application seeking amendment of the plaint.

(3.) The trial Court found the plaintiff not to have exhibited due diligence, preventing her from incorporating the pleas in the original plaint.
