JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

(2.) After the matter was heard for some time, learned Senior Counsel Mr. K.N. Bhattacharjee, under instructions from the writ petitioners, contends that the petitioners shall be content if the respondents are directed to consider and decide the representations which the petitioners are making in due course, expeditiously and in accordance with law.

(3.) Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.
