JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

(2.) Certain facts are not in dispute. Smt. Sefali Sarkar (Bhowmik) was the recorded owner of the land, subject matter of the present case.

(3.) In the year 2014, the possessor of the said land namely, Smt. Sova Rani Das filed an application being Revenue Case No.02 of 2014 under Section 95 of the TLR and LR Act, 1960, which was decided by the District Collector (ADM & Collector), West Tripura vide order dated 21.07.2014.
