JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :

(2.) In relation to FIR No.2018WKS, dated 12-08-2018 registered at Kailashahar Women Police station, challan stands presented, naming respondent No.2 Md. Abdul Mahim alias Mamon Miah as an accused and is pending trial before the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kailashahar, Unakoti Judicial District being registered as PRC(WP) No.23 of 2019 titled as The State of Tripura v. Md. Abdul Mahim and others.

(3.) The petitioner herein is the victim and complainant of the said offence. In terms of the present petition, she seeks transfer of the said case to the Court having competent jurisdiction at Dharmanagar, North Tripura, the place of her current residence.
