JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. PK Biswas, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. D. Biswas, learned counsel appearing for the accused-petitioners as well as Mr. S. Debnath, learned Additional PP appearing for the State-respondent.

(2.) This is an application filed under section 438 Cr.P.C. for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused- petitioners who are wanted in connection with Bishalgarh Women PS case no. 23 of 2019 registered under Sections 498-A/304(B)/34 of the IPC.

(3.) I have perused the case diary as produced by learned Additional PP. I have also perused the forwarding report submitted by the investigating officer.
