JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an appeal filed by the National Insurance Co. Ltd. against the judgment and award dated 12.09.2016 delivered by the learned Motor Accident Claim's Tribunal, West Tripura, Agartala in case No. T.S.(MAC)196/2013 whereby a sum of Rs. 19,42,500.00 along with interest @ 9% p.a. was awarded in favour of the claimants.
