JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel of both sides.

(2.) Mr. Prabir Saha, learned counsel appearing for Punjab National Bank (PNB) submits that the physical copy of counter-affidavit will be submitted in the course of the day, and he has also produced a physical copy of the counter-affidavit along with one bank statement before the Court.

(3.) The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that she is an unemployed and unmarried person aged about 50 years and is the daughter of Lt. Birendra Chandra Bhattacharjee. Her father died-in-harness on 5/12/1989 while working as a Wireman Gr-II, having posted at Agartala Central Electrical Sub-division-I under Guwahati Electrical Division-I, CPWD, Guwahati. The mother of the petitioner, i.e., Gita Rani Bhattacharjee, also expired on 31/8/2022, and during her lifetime, she was regularly receiving the family pension.
