JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Senior Counsel, Mr. Pradyot Kr. Dhar assisted by Learned Counsel, Mr. Kausik Paul is present on behalf of the applicants. Learned Senior GA, Mr. Pradyumna Gautam is present on behalf of the respondents-State.

(2.) When the matters are taken up for hearing, Learned Senior Counsel for the applicants submitted that in pursuance of the judgment of the Learned Single Judge, the applicants-Tripura University has already published the result of written examination conducted for filling up the post of Assistant Registrar. So, Learned Senior Counsel does not want to press the present applications.
