(1.) Heard learned counsel of both sides.

(2.) Both the bail applications are heard together and are being disposed of by this common order as these cases have arisen out of the same FIR registered as R.K. Pur Women PS case No.2025 WRP 053.

(3.) These applications are filed under Sec. 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short BNSS) praying for pre-arrest bail of Shri Ratan Ch. Das, Smt. Shikha Das, Priti Das @ Kumari Sanu and Shri Mihir Das in connection with R.K. Pur Women PS case No.2025 WRP 053 registered under Sec. 85, 80(2) of the BNSS.
