JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since both these Writ Appeals arise out of the same judgment of the learned Single Judge, they are being disposed of by this common judgment.

(2.) The respondents No.5 in both the Writ Appeals had filed WP(C) No.885/2022 and WP(C) No.886/2022 respectively challenging the appointment of the appellant on 1/2/2022 to the post of Assistant Professor (Education Subject) by the Director, Higher Education Department, Govt. of Tripura (respondent no.2) pursuant to advertisement No.01/2021 dt.8/2/2021 and the addendum dt.30/4/21 issued by the Tripura Public Service Commission (respondent No.3 in both the Writ Appeals) (for short 'TPSC').

(3.) The appellant was arrayed as respondent no.5 in the respective Writ Petitions.
