JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant second appeal under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code (for short, "CPC") is filed challenging the judgment dated 22.09.2005 passed by the learned Addl. District Judge, Belonia, South Tripura in Title Appeal No. 10 of 2005 affirming the judgment and decree of dismissal dated 31.05.2005 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Jr. Div., Belonia, South Tripura in Title Suit No. 12 of 1995.
