JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant second appeal is directed against the judgment dated 03.09.2003 passed by the learned Addl. District Judge, West Tripura, Agartala in Title Appeal No. 33/2002 wherein the learned appellate judge affirmed the judgment and decree of dismissal of the suit of the plaintiff-appellants dated 17.06.2002 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Jr. Div., Court No. 2, West Tripura, Agartala in TS 34/1999.
