JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. S. Lodh, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. S. Ghosh, learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the respondent-State.

(2.) This is an application filed by the applicant under Sec. 439 of CrPC for granting bail to the accused, namely, Rajib Munda who has been arrested in connection with Bodhjungnagar P.S. Case No.2023 BJN 050 on 18/7/2023, registered under Ss. 420/376(2)(n)/343 of IPC.

(3.) In terms of the order passed yesterday, i.e. on 29/9/2023, Mr.Ghosh, learned Addl. P.P. has produced the case diary.
