The instant writ appeal arises from the judgment and order dtd. 8/3/2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.502 of 2020 whereby the learned Single Judge directed the appellants (respondents in the writ petition) to consider the case of respondent Kamalabati Gour [petitioner in WP(C) No.502 of 2020] for compassionate appointment under die-in-harness scheme within a period of three months from the date of the judgment.
