JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. S. Sarkar, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. V. Poddar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S. Debnath, learned Addl. P. P. appearing for the respondents- State.

(2.) This is an application under Sec. 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for granting pre-arrest bail of the accused persons in connection with SBM P.S. Case No. 36 of 2022, dtd. 20/9/2022 under Ss. 448/326/307/354/384/506/427/34 of I.P.C and 27 of Arms Act.
