JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. S. Sarkar, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. P. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Ratan Datta, learned PP appearing for the respondent-State.

(2.) This is an application filed under Sec. 439 read with sec. 482 of the Cr.P.C. for relaxation of condition of bail passed by this court vide order dtd. 2/3/2022.

(3.) While granting bail, this court has directed the petitioner to make his appearance before the investigating officer on each and every date.
