JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. R. Purukayastha, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

(2.) This is an application filed by the applicant under Order VI, Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Sec. 151 of the Civil Procedure Code for amendment of the connected appeal i.e. MAC APP No.54 of 2022 as per the schedule mentioned in the instant application.

(3.) I have perused the petition. The amendment as sought for by the applicant will not change the nature and character of the connected appeal.
