JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. D. Sharma, learned Addl. G.A., appearing for the State-appellants. The State has preferred this appeal against the order dated 05.03.2020 passed by the learned single Judge, (Hon'ble C.J., Akil Kureshi) in WP(C) No. 1429 of 2019.

(3.) While passing the said order dated 05.03.2020, the learned single Judge had taken note of one judgment of this Court passed by another coordinate Bench in the case of Biswabasu Dasgupta v. The State of Tripura and others [W.P(C) No. 677 of 2017] in which similar issues came up for consideration.
