JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have prayed for directions to the respondents to place them in the scale of pay of Rs.4,200-8,650/- by way of benefit of first Career Advancement Scheme (CAS, for short) and thereafter in the scale of pay of Rs.5,000-10,300/- by way of second CAS benefit.
