JUDGEMENT

(1.) This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr. P.C for granting bail to accused petitioner namely, Md. Maman Hossain alias Maman Miah who is an accused in Melaghar P.S Case No.45/2020 under Sections 342,376,382 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code which has culminated into trial in Case No. S.T(T-1) 01 of 2021.
