JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. R. Guha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. S. Ghosh, learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State-respondent through video conference.

(2.) Smt. Susmita Datta, the petitioner herein, has filed the instant bail application for granting her anticipatory bail for the reasons that she has been implicated with Sabroom P.S. FIR No.2020/SBM/015 dated 19.06.2020, registered under Sections 420/120(B)/409/511 of IPC.

(3.) Mr. Debnath, learned Addl. P.P. submits that the petitioner herein cannot directly be connected with the offence alleged against her at this stage.
