(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties for final disposal of the petition.

(2.) The petitioner has challenged the orders dated 22.01.2020 and 29.01.2020 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kailashahar, Unakoti Tripura accepting a resignation purportedly given by the petitioner.
