(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties for final disposal of the petition.

(2.) Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to release the gratuity by applying the revised limit of Rs.10,00,000 (rupees ten lakhs) instead of Rs.4,00,000 (rupees four lakhs) as has been applied by the employer.
