JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. P.K.Ghosh, learned counsel appearing for the accused-petitioner as well as Mr. Ratan Datta, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State-respondent through video conferencing.

(2.) This is an application under Section 438 of CrPC for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused-petitioner Smt. Pourashi Sarkar in connection with West Agartala Women Police Station Case No.35/2020, under Section 304-B of IPC.

(3.) This Court vide order dated 27.07.2020 after hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties to the lis had granted interim anticipatory bail in favour of the accused-petitioner. Other accused-persons connected with the case were also arrested and later on they were also enlarged on bail by the concerned Court.
