JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties for final disposal of the petition.

(2.) Petitioner has challenged a Notification dated 23.10.2017 by which it was declared that the Equivalence Committee constituted by the Department of Education has come to the conclusion that M.A. (Dance) is not equivalent to M.A. (Music) for Post Graduate Teacher.
