JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE judgment and decree impugned in this 2nd appeal are rendered in 1st appeal No. 19A/93 by 2nd Addl. District Judge. Dewas, whereby the judgment and decree passed by the trial Court decreeing the suit of the appellants -plaintiffs for partition and possession, were set aside and the suit was dismissed.
