JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an appeal under Section 110 -D of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 against the award and decree passed by the member Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Indore in claim case No. 9 of 69, whereby a sum of Rs. 2,500/ - by way of compensation for a fatal accident was allowed to the Applicants Respondents Nos. 1 and 2.
