JUDGEMENT

(1.) Writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India is invoked questioning the legality and validity of the order of transfer dated 20.02.2019 (Annexure P/1) transferring the petitioner from Takenpur, District Gwalior, on promotion as Sub-Inspector to the disposal of the Eastern Command of the Border Security Force.
